Everything you need to know before you enrol.
Do I need a finance or broking background?+
No. Most of our students come in from real estate, banking, financial planning, accounting, sales, or the trades. The program is built to take complete beginners through to writing real loans for real clients.
Do I need to quit my job to do this?+
No. The program is designed to be completed alongside full-time work. Live calls are held outside standard business hours and every session is recorded, so you can watch back on your own time.
How long until I am actually writing loans?+
It depends on how quickly you move through your Cert IV and Diploma, which we accelerate through our RTO partners. From there our mentors walk you through your first deals. Most students are settling loans inside their first 12 months.
What if I have zero clients or no network?+
That is what most students start with. A large part of the program is dedicated to attracting, converting and retaining clients - including paid acquisition, organic content, referral partnerships and database nurture. You are not left to figure out marketing on your own.
Do I need to be qualified before I join?+
No. We help you get qualified as part of the program through our RTO partners (Cert IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking). If you are already qualified, you can skip straight into the mentorship and growth modules.
What aggregator do I join? Am I locked in?+
We help you choose an aggregator that fits your goals, your state and the type of clients you want to write. You are not locked into ours - you keep full ownership of your business and your book from day one.
How is this different from a Cert IV course or a free YouTube channel?+
A Cert IV makes you legally qualified. YouTube gives you scattered tactics. Neither shows you how to actually run a broking business - how to get clients, structure deals, work with aggregators and BDMs, and build recurring trail. BIA is the operating system around the qualification.
Who are the mentors and are they actually writing loans?+
Yes. Our mentors are active, top-performing brokers and industry operators - not retired coaches selling a course. You learn from people doing this every week with real clients, real lenders and real deals.
What support do I get when I get stuck on a deal?+
You get live weekly calls, a private community, and direct mentor support. If a scenario is tricky, you can workshop it with mentors and other brokers in the network rather than guessing on your own.
How much does it cost and are there payment plans?+
The program is $3,500 AUD total. You can pay in full as a one-time payment, or split it across a payment plan of $250/month × 7 plus a $1,750 setup fee. Both options are available at checkout.
What happens after I finish the program?+
You stay in the network. You keep access to the community, ongoing curriculum updates, and the relationships you have built with mentors and other brokers. The goal is a long-term career, not a certificate on the wall.
How do I know if I am a good fit?+
If you are serious about replacing your income as a broker, willing to put in the work alongside your current job, and coachable - you are a fit. The program is designed for committed professionals ready to build a real broking business.
